App license and service

The app license uses the Apple Standard EULA. These service explanations do not replace that license or exclude mandatory consumer rights.

VitaClarity provides ingredient information, original summaries of selected published research, label-reading tools and personal product records. Findings depend on the studied population, formulation, amount and outcome. A positive study does not establish that a retail product will benefit a particular person. Summaries are educational information; consult a healthcare professional before medical decisions and do not delay urgent care.

OCR may misread a label. Check product identity, serving size, ingredient amounts and units before saving. Totals cover entered supplements and do not assess your complete diet or establish personal safety. Daily Values, safety upper limits and manufacturer directions have different purposes. Research amounts are not personal recommended doses.

Subscription and access

Ingredient names and aliases are free to browse. Research, studied amounts, references, scanning and comparison tools require an active VitaClarity Pro subscription. Weekly, three-month and annual plans provide the same Pro features. The app and Apple's confirmation display the actual localized price and full billing period before purchase. This launch configuration has no free trial.

Apple charges your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in the app's subscription settings or iPhone Settings. After ordinary cancellation, access continues through the paid period, subject to a refund or revocation. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel billing. Refund requests follow Apple's process and applicable law; a refund request is separate from cancelling renewal.

Research summaries are included in the app and require current subscription rights that StoreKit can verify. Buying, restoring purchases and opening external sources require a network connection. An offline device may not immediately receive a subscription change. Research updates are delivered with app updates; no particular update frequency or exhaustive coverage is promised. Existing product records can still be viewed or removed after subscription expiry.

Content rights

A subscription provides personal app access. Do not bypass subscription controls, use automated tools to extract the database in bulk, or redistribute protected editorial text or software without permission. Lawful quotation, use of unprotected scientific facts and rights guaranteed by applicable law remain unaffected. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of facts or forbid lawful research into software.

You retain your rights in your own photos and product records. Local label processing does not authorize us to publish them. Publishers retain rights in their articles; citing a paper does not authorize copying it. Third-party trademarks identify their owners and do not imply endorsement. Third-party software licenses remain applicable.

研究摘要隨 App 保存，依 StoreKit 可驗證的目前權限開放。購買、恢復及外部來源需要網路；離線裝置可能不會立即收到訂閱變動。研究資料隨 App 更新，不承諾特定更新頻率或窮盡所有文獻。到期後，已存產品仍可查看或移除。

訂閱提供個人使用權。請勿繞過訂閱控制、自動大量擷取資料库，或未經允許散布受保護的編輯文字與軟體；合法引用、未受保護的科學事實及法律保障的權利不受影響，也不禁止合法的軟體研究。你保有自己的相片與產品紀錄權利。出版者保有文章權利，引用來源不等於可複製全文；第三方商標及軟體授權各依其權利歸屬，並不代表背書。VitaClarity 不主張純 AI 生成元素必然享有專屬著作權。
