Paid but research is still locked?

Connect to the internet, confirm that you are using the Apple Account that purchased the subscription and choose Restore purchases. Do not purchase a second plan just to troubleshoot. If access remains unavailable, email the app version and steps to reproduce. Do not send your Apple password or payment-card details.

已付款但研究仍鎖住？請連上網路，確認使用購買時的 Apple 帳號，再按「恢復購買」。不要為排除問題而另買一個方案。仍有問題可來信提供 App 版本及操作步驟，不需提供 Apple 密碼或付款卡號。

Cancel or request a refund

Use Manage or cancel subscription in the app, or iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → VitaClarity. Verify the cancellation with Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel renewal. Refund requests use Apple refund help; Apple determines eligibility under its process and applicable law.

可使用 App 的「管理或取消訂閱」，或 iPhone 設定 → Apple 帳號 → 訂閱 → VitaClarity，並向 Apple 確認取消狀態。刪除 App 不會取消續訂。退款請使用 Apple 的退款流程，資格依其程序及適用法律判斷。

Label recognition and corrections

Photograph the Supplement Facts panel clearly. Add the product front and directions separately, then check their assigned photo roles. You can paste label text instead. Always review identity, amount, unit and serving size before saving. To report a research correction, send the ingredient name, source link and your explanation; a complete copyrighted article is unnecessary.

請清楚拍攝成分表，將產品正面及用法分開補拍，並核對相片用途；也可貼上標籤文字。儲存前請確認名稱、含量、單位與份量。回報研究錯誤時，提供成分名稱、來源連結及說明即可，不需寄送受著作權保護的完整文章。

Data and privacy

Delete individual products in the app. We cannot remotely retrieve device-only records; your device backups may contain copies. For information included in support correspondence or a privacy request, contact the address above. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice.

可在 App 刪除個別產品。我們無法遠端取得只在裝置上的紀錄，裝置備份可能保有副本。若涉及客服往來中的資訊或隱私請求，請寄至上述信箱，並參考隱私政策及消費者健康資料說明。
