Supplement records, label text, selected photos and reminders are processed on your device. Reading bundled research does not send an ingredient ID or health-interest browsing history to VitaClarity. We do not operate a research-request server in this version and do not infer a diagnosis from your choices.

If you voluntarily include health information in a support message, we receive it from you and process it only as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Our email provider handles delivery and storage. We ask you to avoid sending medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information. No affiliate receives health data from us, and we do not sell health data or use it for targeted advertising. Further purposes or sharing will require the disclosures and consent required by applicable law.

NIH product searches and opening external citations connect directly to those services. Their receipt of the query, destination page and network information can reveal a health interest; consult their policies before using them. The general privacy policy describes these optional connections and public website delivery.

To ask about covered data we hold, recipients, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable, email lucasapphq@gmail.com. We will reasonably verify the request, explain any lawful limitation and apply statutory deadlines. Reply “Privacy appeal” if you want a decision reviewed; we will provide the applicable regulator complaint route when required. We cannot retrieve your device-only records remotely. Delete them in the app and manage your own backups. A data-deletion request does not cancel an Apple subscription.

NIH 產品查詢及外部引用會直接連線至對方服務。查詢、目的頁面及連線資訊可能反映健康興趣，使用前可參考對方政策。一般隱私政策另說明這些自選連線與公開網頁傳遞。

對我們持有的適用資料，可寄信至 lucasapphq@gmail.com 詢問資料與接收者、請求存取、更正、刪除或依法撤回同意。我們會合理核實、說明合法限制並遵守法定期限；若需覆核決定，請回覆「隱私申訴」，法律要求時會提供主管機關申訴途徑。我們不能遠端取得裝置內紀錄，請在 App 刪除並管理自己的備份。刪除資料不會取消 Apple 訂閱。
